MoOnie you should try animating her in HLMV so you can see how she will walk and hold guns and such in game. I have a tutorial here:

It lets you see how her skirt will work and also how her shoulders will look when she holds a gun.

i did it at this way:
on testserver i put an sm plugin what give all players same skin,
and put bots in

but modelviewer method more easy
